The relocation came after the business acquired rival firm the Shoe Studio Group last March and closed its warehouse in Milton Keynes, bringing both businesses under one roof in Whetstone last summer. The combined business is now known as the Dune Group.

The 91,000 sq ft building in Whetstone was let by Leicester agent Andrew & Ashwell.
